A select number of apartments will accommodate a husband and wife. (There is an additional charge for double occupancy.) The largest apartments have a combination kitchen/living room, bedroom and bath. The smaller apartments have a living room, an alcove for a bedroom, and a bath. All apartments have adequate closet space, cable TV hookup, and telephone outlets. The maintenance fee includes all utilities except telephone service. Residents are expected to provide their own furniture, linens, and window coverings.
